Night of Power in Islam

 The Night of Power is the night that brings the message of forgiveness and mercy to the believers. On this night, the doors of Allah's mercy are opened.

1.    The blessed month of Mudan is drawing to a close, encompassing its blessings and blessings. Muslims around the world are enjoying the eternal blessings of this blessed month. Along with fasting and other acts of worship, they are presenting their presence in the presence of Allah Almighty. They are seeking forgiveness for their sins. They are trying to please their Creator and Lord by standing and prostrating for a long time.

2.On the other hand, the river of mercy of Allah Almighty is also in full swing. The reward of one deed is being given seventy times. Sins are being forgiven, ranks are being raised. In this beautiful environment, it would be very appropriate to mention a great night, which Allah Almighty Himself has mentioned in His Holy Word. This great night, hidden in the last ten days of the month of Ramadan, is the night of forgiveness for sinners, the night of freedom for criminals from the fire of hell.

3.    It is a night of worship, austerity, glorification and recitation, abundance of Durood Shareef, voluntary prayers, charity, charity, helplessness and need, meditation and accountability of deeds. This night is called Shab al-Qadr because Allah Almighty revealed a book of great value and status in it to a Prophet of great value and status for the guidance and reformation of a nation of great value. Since righteous deeds are accepted on this night and they are highly valued in the court of the Almighty, that is why it is called Shab al-Qadr.

4.    Thus, there are many sayings about the virtues of Shab al-Qadr in different places, but since Allah Almighty Himself has revealed a Surah on it and all its virtues have been explained by the Almighty Himself, it seems appropriate that the Surah that was revealed on this occasion should be mentioned first. In this blessed Surah, it is said (translation): Indeed, We sent down this Quran on the Night of Power, and do you know what the Night of Power is? The Night of Power is better than a thousand months, and in it the angels and the Spirit descend by the command of their Lord with good deeds. It is a night of complete security until the breaking of the dawn. (Surah Al-Qadr)
